It is important to take your measurements as accurately as possible to ensure that your garments fit properly. Please use these helpful tips. We are not liable for custom made garments that do not fit because of inaccurately taken measurements.

It is best to have someone take your measurements for you if possible.

While your measurements are being taken, stand straight, keeping your head up and looking forward. Keep your body relaxed with natural breath.

Measure over the undergarments and with the shoes you will be wearing.

Keep the measuring tape straight and snug, not tight.

If you are ordering a garment which is fitted and customized, it can be helpful to send us an email if there are any particulars regarding your frame and body type. For example, if you have broad shoulders, a long torso, large arms or are petite or very tall.

Definitions & Instructions

Bra Size: We recommend visiting the lingerie section of your local department store and asking a sales person for assistance. You can also do a search online for a Bra Size Calculator. It is important to remember that your bra size can vary from brand to brand.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.

Upper Rib Cage: Measure around your rib cage under your bust.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline.

High Hip: Measure around where you would like the top of your garment to rest around your waist or hips.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips/buttocks, this is usually 7-9”below your natural waistline.

Crotch Length: Measure from center front high hip, through your crotch, to center back high hip.

Inseam: Measure from crotch to floor or where you would like the bottom hem to be, from the inside of one leg.

Outseam for Pants & Skirts: Measure from your high hip to floor or to where you would like the bottom hem to be, from the outside (side) of one leg.

Outseam for Pantaloons: Measure from your high hip to floor.
